Instructions
  1. Download the Pain Clinic Exercise eBook for FREE to view 68 movies of stretches and exercises for the relief of neck, shoulder, lower back, sciatic nerve, buttock, hip and leg chronic pain problems. If you're confident about downloading from the internet, please go to No.2. If you need help and guidance about it, then please read No.3 to No.7 before proceeding.
  2. Three versions of he Exercise eBook are available, each one with different a movie resolution and file size. One runs on Windows Media Player, and the other 2 run on QuickTime. Choose which one suits you best and then click on the appropriate Download File button, following instructions No.3. to No.7. If necessary you can download Windows Media Player or QuickTime for FREE by clicking on the appropriate Movie Player button.

  1. Once you have clicked on the Download File button above you should then see a screen like this if you are using Windows Vista (appearance will be different for oher wersions of Windows). Click on the "Save" button to save the eBook to the hard drive on your computer.

  1. You should then see a screen like this. Double click on "Desktop" (shown in red). The File name box should show either "Exercise-ebook-wmp.exe" or "Exercise-ebook-qt-lo.exe" depending on which version you have chosen to download. Click on "Save".

  1. The download should then begin and you should see a screen like this. Don't close this window or press "Cancel" or you'll have to start again.

  1. When the download is complete you should see a screen like this. Click on "Run" and the program should begin to load.

  1. Next time you want to run the program, just click on the desktop icon as shown below:-
